Dragging yourself across the floor for excercise.
Getting up off the floor seems simple enough but a lot of people can t do it well at all.
Across the floor is great for group x as well since it gives participants more room for their exercises and use their muscles in a slightly different way than they would stationary.
And i m willing to bet not all of you can do all 52 ways i came up with for standing up.
The key to this exercise is to keep your hips steady and your core engaged to prevent hip shifting.

Bodyweight exercises are great.
Drag crawls require you to drag yourself across the ground using only your arms.
If your class runs on the smaller side you might be able to cue exercises across the floor with the entire class since there s room for everyone.
