Driver side floor mat wet.

Not a trace of water anywhere else except the carpet under it is. I have a 2013 3 skyactiv hatchback. It appears that it gets more wet when i drive. Last week me and a buddy were bullsh iting after work parked next to each other and it was raining pretty good so im sure the floor got wet but its been almost a week i thought it would of been.

I m trying to figure out why the driver s side interior rug is sopping wet front and back under the mats. On the front passenger side i had the factory carpeted mat with the ford oem all weather mat on top of it. That s when i realized the smell is coming from something other than just a spilled drink. I got a 2008 328i and i have noticed in the last couple of weeks a wet carpet in the driver side foot well area.
